In our Fit Script Program, our doctors prescribe non branded compounded medications known as GLP-1s (glucagon-like peptide-1s). These include semaglutide, liraglutide, tirzepatide, and dulaglutide, which you might recognize by their brand names like Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, or Saxenda®. GLP-1s are clinically tested, non-stimulant, and non-addictive drugs that target the key biology for weight loss. They help lower your body's set point—the weight it naturally maintains—and regulate appetite, metabolism, and digestion, promoting longer-lasting fullness and better nutrient absorption.

Common side effects of GLP-1s may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. Some people may also experience decreased appetite, indigestion, headache, dizziness, and fatigue. In your telehealth appointment, a physician will carefully review your medical history and medications to ensure the safety and relevance of the supplements you've chosen. Afterward, a prescription will be sent to a sterile compounding pharmacy regulated by the FDA, and your supplements will be delivered straight to your home.

Because this program involves medication which requires an increase and decrease of dosing, we have a minimum commitment of 3 months. Cancelations can occur after the 3 month period with a 30 day notice.

Refunds

PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our discretion. 

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Returns

Because this is a medical weight loss program and it is highly personalized, we can not accept returns. There are no exceptions to this policy. If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items at delivery please contact us at your earliest convenience.
